It has been a challenging year, and mental health is under pressure. The COVID-19 period has drained many of us of our energy, and the number of people struggling to thrive or suffering mentally is on the rise. This has an impact on the company, managers and staff.

Fortunately, we are gradually beginning to reopen society. But that does not mean that the stress and struggle to thrive people have experienced in relation to COVID-19 will disappear overnight. Therefore, prevention of mental issues and the handling of mental health in general should be a top priority as staff starts to returto work. Positive management of ‘pandemic stress’ will safeguard both the business and the well-being of your people.

Your role as manager or employee representative is vital

This webinar will provide you with an insight into how prolonged lockdown and isolation might affect us. We will also look at how you, in your role, can kindle learning and development, which you and your team can apply to everyday situations. For example, you will learn how to:

• Spot risk factors in the work environment, where many people’s energy is being challenged

• Detect common reactions to pandemic stress

• Prevent and manage delayed mental challenges for both yourself and your staff

• Help improve the protective factors in the work environment

• Kindle new learning based on healthy relationships and psychological peace of mind

You will have the opportunity to ask questions about how best to prepare for a new normal at work.

The webinar is held online, and you can participate via computer, tablet or mobile phone.
